The Delivery Riders Guardian Plan is a public service project designed based on the strike of Chinese delivery industry. In China, there is a conflict between the increase in outsourcing riders and the contin-ued declined attention in the well-being of the employees. It analysed the actual problems of delivery and career growth and planning. In the first part, equality between the customers and riders are emphasized. Through the establishment of a two-way mechanism of mutual selection and evaluation, they are provided with an alternative opportunity; they are encouraged to speak up, and proposed a solution for the unreasonable timing and navigation under weather or construction sites, a reward mechanism for uploading routes is provided. In addition, the plan to launch new services for community takeaways; in the second part, some career planning services and communication services are provided through base stations.
This plan emphasizes the provision of pragmatic and far-sighted services to improve the professional experience and results of delivery workers.
